We're going to take you on a gastronomic journey of the wonderful Mediterranean using fabulous fruit, nuts, spices, vegetables and herbs - we call it our Vegeterranean course.

You'll make dishes from France, Spain, Turkey, and Morocco using all the produce those countries are famous for; lucious red peppers, walnuts, pomegranates, olives, aubergines, ripe and fragrant oranges and a whole array of spices.

You'll make your own rustic fougasse bread from France along with individual light and fresh goat's cheese and thyme souffles and red pepper and walnut dip from Turkey,  Then it's on to Spanish baked aubergines, an amazing cauliflower cous cous with pomegranate and our beautiful spiced, sticky orange cake with pistachios and rose petals.

You'll cook till around 1.30pm then sit down to eat with your fellow students and raise a glass of complimentary wine to your great work!

Our menu is vegetarian but will include the use of butter, honey and cheese.
