Dancing Trousers Cookery School


We're going to take you on a gastronomic journey of the wonderful Mediterranean using just fabulous fruit, nuts, spices, vegetables and herbs - we call it our Vegeterranean course.

You'll make dishes from France, Spain, Turkey, and Morocco using all the produce those countries are famous for; lucious red peppers, walnuts, pomegranates, olives, aubergines, ripe and fragrant oranges and a whole array of spices.

You'll make rustic fougasse bread from France along with individual light and fluffy goat's cheese and thyme souffles, red pepper and walnut dip, cauliflower cous cous with pomegranate,  Spanish marinated and baked aubergines, and our beautiful spiced, sticky orange cake with pistachios and rose petals.

You'll cook till around 1.30pm then sit down to eat with your fellow students and raise a glass of complimentary wine to your great work!

Our menu is vegetarian but will include the use of butter, honey and cheese.
