Join our fish and seafood course to make the most of the fruits of the sea. You’ll learn what to look for when buying fresh fish and seafood, you'll learn filleting, pin-boning and skinning fish, shellfish preparation, how to make fish stock and how to cook them beautifully. By the end you will truly have scaled the heights!

We'll cook the fish in different ways to show how versatile it is, and turn all those goodies into a delicious and varied fish tasting menu.


I'll be buying whole fish from now on. The course was properly hands on, I appreciated watching you do the filleting close up, then dealing with my own fish under your careful guidance. And all the dishes were delicious. ps loved being called 'chef'!
