Alternative flours for bread and pasta

We have something brand new for you from our friend Mariella Bliss. This time we'll show you how to make pasta and bread using a variety of different ancient and modern flours including buckwheat, chestnut, chickpea and spelt. Many of the flours are gluten free but please be aware that this course is not exclusively gluten free. These alternative flours offer a lovely variety of colours and flavours to enhance your Italian cookery repertoire.

We'll sit down to enjoy a light lunch of fresh pasta with a couple of tasty sauces (one will be vegetarian) and some of your freshly baked bread.

As ever your ingredients will be weighed and ready for you, we'll build in a mid morning break with homemade biscuits and there will be pasta for you to take home.
