Let's get you making some terrific pâtisseries.

On this course you'll make a stunning meringue banoffee roulade, individual passionfruit curd tartlets made with pâte sucreé and topped with Italian meringue and buttery, delicately fragranced lavender shortbreads.

We box and bag up your goodies, add jaunty ribbons and you take them home where friends and family will give you a round of applause before they devour the lot, so make sure you save something for yourself!

We have just 4 people on the course, so they fill up fast, get booking!

This course is best suited to those with some previous cookery/baking experience.
