Pâtisserie Passion

French pastries and desserts are sometimes thought to be impossible to achieve at home and they can strike fear into the keenest cook's heart!  That's why we've created this course for those of you who want to master some sweet French classics. Using a variety of skills from the pastry chef's repertoire you'll create mouthwatering and beautiful patisseries which will delight all those lucky enough to eat them.

Our menu includes banoffee roulade, passion fruit curd tartlets made with pâte sucreé and topped with Italian meringue and buttery, delicately fragranced lavender shortbreads.

As usual the course includes a coffee/tea break with homemade biscuits and we'll provide professional cake boxes and bags to carry all your goodies home in. It's a maximum of 4 people per course so book now to guarantee your place.

This course is best suited to those with some previous cookery experience.
