Middle Eastern food has become one of the most talked about cuisines in recent years thanks to the likes of Yotam Ottolenghi and Sabrina Ghayour raising its profile. The region is home to some fantastic and unique ingredients which bring spice and aromatic flavours to simple dishes. 

This course will feature a selection of exciting and colourful dishes from Morocco, Turkey and Lebanon;

Khobz bread rolls
Muhummara (red pepper dip)
Herb tabbouleh
Persian chicken and sour berry pilaf
Preserved lemons (to take home)
Cherry tomato, walnut and pomegranate molasses salad
Freekah salad (with pistachios, pomegranate and mint)
Date, orange and rosewater salad

You'll sit down to eat this beautiful meal with your fellow cooks and you'll have goodies to take home as well.
