Join us to learn how to efficiently and safely chop, slice and professionally prepare both fruit and vegetables into the classic cuts of brunoise, julienne and chiffonade. You'll also fillet and skin a fish and joint a chicken into portions.

You'll learn which knife to use for which job, how to store them, care for them and keep them sharp.

Using your new skills you will prepare a menu of:

Zesty mackerel burgers with coleslaw

Lemon chicken with ratatouille Provençale

Fresh tropical fruit salad

You'll sit down to enjoy this with your fellow cooks with a complimentary glass of wine of course! We limit places on this course to just four, so book now, chop chop!
