For those with an unashamedly sweet tooth who like the intricacy of making pretty desserts, a course dedicated to puddings! You will learn a variety of skills including pastry making, blind baking, making creme patisserie, piping meringue, glazing and decorating. Dishes will include a selection from tarte aux fruits, individual passionfruit curd meringue pies, creme fraiche ice cream served in brandy snap baskets, molten chocolate fondants, cardamom and ginger pannacotta tarts. A light lunch is served and you take away the desserts you haven't eaten! This course requires a little skill and dexterity so we don't recommend it for beginners.
We provide aprons on the day, all ingredients and recipe sheets to take home.
