Italian breads

Learn the authentic recipes and processes for baking some of Italy's most famous breads. Our friend Mariella Bliss - born and bred in Naples and now resident of Oxfordshire, is back with her masterclass all about bread.

You'll make low yeast, long ferment focaccia studded with cherry tomatoes and learn the secret of the soft and crunchy surface. You'll make pillowy ciabatta and the beautiful sweet loaf schiacciata with grapes and Vin Santo. You'll also have slow ferment dough to take home to bake yourself.

We'll stop to taste as we go along and we'll have some delicious olive oil for you try as well.

There are just six spaces available on this course and it will suit beginners and those who have made bread before.
