Join our good friend Mariella Bliss as she teaches you authentic Sicilian dishes that are a pleasure to cook and eat! Make the Sicilian speciality of arancini - delicious fried rice balls with a rich ragu filling, a fabulous monkfish couscous made with fresh fish stock, velvety caponata made with aubergines and tomatoes and the dish served at all celebrations - cassata -  made with genoese sponge, candied fruits, ricotta and pistachios and Sicily's most famous wine, Marsala. And there will be one or two other culinary surprises along the way as well.

You'll work as a team with your fellow cooks and the cooking will finish at around 1.30pm when you'll sit down to enjoy a leisurely Sicilian feast along with a complimentary glass of wine, Italian of course!
