Our popular short course where you’ll learn how to make foolproof, moist and delicious cupcakes and how to decorate them. We work with fondant icing and buttercream and you’ll learn how to colour icings, create hand-made roses from fondant paste, pipe and decorate with a range of decorations and edible glitters (we have a tray so full of decorating goodies that we call it the 'ooh aah' tray!). And the best bit is that you go home with a professional cupcake box of beautiful creations (at least 8 cakes). Cupcake Crazy finishes around 12.30pm and includes tea and coffee with homemade biscuits. We keep numbers small so you get lots of personal attention and time to ask questions. Honestly we make learning a piece of cake, ahem.
We provide aprons on the day, all ingredients and recipe sheets to take home.
