Our dear friend Mariella Bliss is back to show you how to master the Italian classics. Like focaccia, full of flavour and with a really open crumb texture, Mariella's focaccia is made with very little yeast and a long ferment dough, then studded with tomatoes or olives and drizzled with plenty of extra virgin olive oil.

Mariella will show you how to make silky fresh pasta dough and turn it into fabulous tortelloni and ravioli. We'll whip up a traditional Italian canapé to enjoy with a glass of prosecco and we'll finish with an amazing tiramisu of course!

You'll learn all the classics in the truly authentic versions, from our own Neapolitan superstar, the lovely Mariella. 

The hands on element of the class will end around 1.30pm and then you move through to the dining room to eat the fruits of your labours.
